Project: Install Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles
Comments: We hired Rick and his company to replace the tile/linoleum flooring in our house and replace it with vinyl flooring. Additionally, they removed a shower and garden tub in the master bath and replaced it with a custom walk in shower (doing all the plumbing/framing/tile and dry wall associated with it). From the start Rick was extremely professional and strait forward with all the conversations and estimates. All the estimates were clear and concise as to what would be included and what was required from each party. All of his employees were professional throughout the entire process and Rick was readily accessible throughout with any questions we had. We highly recommend Branik Construction to anyone looking for flooring or bathroom work around their house.

Comments: I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with this company. They were flexible with the project start date, which was much appreciated since the closing date on my house had been delayed by a few days. I had old tile removed and new 8x48 wood plank tile installed throughout my house, and I couldn't be happier with the end result! The floors turned out even better than I imagined. I was blown away by the workers who installed the tile. I was incredibly impressed by not only their professionalism, but their skill and work ethic as well. This is 100% the company I will be using for any and all future projects on my home.

Comments: I hired Branik to paint my cabinets and both bathroom vanities. They did a great job with a really great price. Yesterday, I had a professional painter that is doing my home interior tell me that whoever did my cabinets did a great job. When I told him the price I paid he said that was an extremely low price. He said the price I paid would have been just for my kitchen from most companies without even touching my master or guest bath. I am definitely using them in the future.

Comments: We hired Branik construction because of his great reviews on Home Advisor. Before this we couldn't even get anyone to respond to requests for quotes. They did an excellent job for us installing wood-look tiles in the kitchen and a bathroom and installing granite counter-tops. They respond to questions quickly and got the job finished exactly when we needed it. We will definitely be using them again for other projects.

The flooring was done beautifully, and though I had a few issues with painting they were addressed promptly to my satisfaction. The crew was very courteous at all times. Comments: If I could give them an 8-star I would. Very professional and the staff is highly skilled. Wish I had more work for them to do. Diligent artisans at their work. They were there every morning at 8 and worked 'til 4 until the job was done. They listened to my ideas and were very accommodating. Had a minor issue after they received payment and they responded the next day to correct the problem. Non-smokers.

Rick and his crew came in and saved the day on very short notice. They installed 1,000 feet of flooring and the job they did was exceptional. The Branik crew was very professional. Comments: Great company to work with. The statement of work is completely spelled out on a readable computerized printout, so everyone is on the same page. All details are spelled out. The crew showed up on time and even worked through a light rain shower to get the work done! I also hired them to repair a gate with new hardware and also a wooden deck. All the work doen by this company met or exceeded my expectations and I will most likely continue to call on them for work. Highly recommend.

A comment like this is really frustrating to me. I am one of about 3 or 4 contractors to bid this project and this customer chose my company over the competition, so apparently I had just as good or better of a price then they did. Although we might not be the cheapest on some projects my people are very experienced and our work is always quality. To say this after the job is completed seems a bit unfair to Branik Construction. My question to this customer is why did you choose us over everyone else if you thought our bid was to high.

Comments: When I contacted Branik Construction Company, I had a problem that needed immedate attention. Mr Stewart arranged his schedule so that he could respond the very next day. My house is old and we found two incidents of non standard measurmnts which required creative, innovative solutions. Mr Stewart was not only able to tackle the problems effectively but also suggested a less expensive method, saving me money although it resulted in less profit for his company. He is a true professional who is polite and friendly and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do busiiness with. I will definately call him again and will recommend him to my friends.

Comments: I contacted Rick and he got back to me within 30 minutes. The next day he came over and measured the floor and we discussed the scope of work. within about two hours he gave me all of the information I needed ie. amount and what kind of flooring I needed and the price of the job and when they could do it. His team came at the appointed time and finished on time also they cleaned up the job site before they left. I've got them schedule for another job next week.
